Admittedly, not the best photo of the chickens. But this is Little Bit, and her half brother, Lucky. They were two of the hatchlings from our late March hatch!
The geese. While annoying (especially in the summer, when the concrete in the carport is their 'hangout'), they sure do make for good photos)...
More of the geese. Seriously. Bright white, against the greenish grass. Wait til springtime, and oh, the contrast is incredible...Bright blue skies, bright green grass, bright white bird plumage. Mercy, what a lovely sight! More to come later on--including, our contest winner!
